Your tasks:

• Planning and control of the production of drive systems and components taking into account resources, customer requirements and production events (integrated planning)
• Creation and maintenance of schedules at management, project and work level
• Implementation of target-actual comparisons, capacity analyses and derivation of optimization measures
• Documentation and coordination of production processes, planning times and batch sizes
• Preparation and evaluation of KPIs as well as creation of reports
• Management of planning meetings and protocol management
• Administration and development of internal planning tools and databases
• Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements by lean management principles

Your qualifications:

• Complete industrial training with further training to the technician/specialist or bachelor degree in the field of aerospace
• Found professional experience in production planning, work preparation or production, ideally in MAIT
• Secure handling of MS Office and SAP; Knowledge of team center of advantage
• German and advanced knowledge of English
• Embossed communication skills, organizational talent and technical understanding
• Self-employed, structured working methods as well as team skills and enforcement
