Takeover of the overall economic responsibility for our technical FM area – from shopping malls to objects of public hands to industrial buildings Leadership and development of a team of up to 60 employees – professional and personal Building long-term and trusted customer relationships and their continuous development Recognize and develop new business potentials Responsibility for the budget as well as quality, cost and customer satisfaction Ensuring high service quality and reliable customer and employee experience Keep an overview in challenging situations, set priorities and make clear decisions Close cooperation with the branch manager as a savings partner for strategy, development and the future of the area

A technical background, e.g. through studies or training in the field of facility management or comparability would be desirable Multiannual experience in (technical) facility management and leadership of teams A binding, esteeming occurrence Clear and authentic communication – with customers, employees, service providers and internal contact persons Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in recognizing and implementing development potential A good sense of balance between customer and employee satisfaction and efficiency Strength of decision, sense of responsibility and the willingness to be present in challenging situations Joy in taking responsibility, inciting things and creating sustainable results together with the team
