Coordinate and control cross-departmental improvement projects to optimize the entire value chain Processes with Lean Management and Six Sigma data-based analysis, design more efficiently and implement sustainably Use data analysis tools and statistics to measure process performance, quantify potentials and implement projects according to cost-benefit priority Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to make improvements smoothly implemented Promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively involve employees in change processes

Completed studies in (economic) informatics, engineering, BWL or a comparable qualification Certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and experience with Process Mining, ideally with Celonis Multiannual professional experience in relevant industries such as financial services, insurance, advice or healthcare Successfully managed improvement projects with cross-departmental impact and demonstrable benefits Flowing German knowledge as well as sovereign appearance and pronounced communication strength
