Construction site control: Project and customer support at our construction sites in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation Team coordination: leadership of your assembly and subcontracting team to implement our projects in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation Preparation of billing: preparation of contractual accounting bases in the form of allowances Resources Management: Disposition of Material and Personnel Interface tuning: Direct coordination with planners, architects and foreign trades

Technical qualification: A completed vocational training for the service technician / plant mechanic for sanitary / heating technology / air conditioning / ventilation technology or a comparable qualification (e.g. gas installer / water installer / heating builder / ventilation builder) Project & Industry Experience: Experience with projects in the field of technical building equipment / industrial pipeline construction or plant construction Professional experience in management function: Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager / Obermonteur or in a comparable position Additional qualifications & computer skills: Further qualifications are advantageous (e.g. welding courses, upper-measuring or building ladder training) as well as computer skills Language knowledge: Good German knowledge (at least level B2)
