This makes the job interesting for me: I take responsibility for the design, control and further development of the SAP-related business processes in the field of project management and infrastructure development in the business controlling department and ensure a uniform and efficient process landscape. My tasks: I act as an interface between departments and the SAP product organization to ensure that commercial processes in SAP PS as well as downstream BI and CPM systems meet business requirements and create sustainable added value, I accept requirements from the business, prioritize them and accompany their implementation by the SAP product organization, Among my stakeholders are PMOs, Key User, (Project)Controlling, Portfolio Management and Process Owners of other areas, I agree to change requests and coordinate acceptances and tests, I continuously analyze and optimize existing processes to advance process simplification, For planning and reporting, I provide consistent data usage in follow-up processes and tools, including master data monitoring and optimization, I develop and maintain process maps, role models and governance structures for SAP-related business processes, I promote best practices and knowledge management through training documents, trainings and documentation, I also deal with creating appropriate documentation and instructions.
