In this versatile position, you combine professional competence with conceptual skills as well as advice and networking with care policy representation.

You develop innovative concepts for outpatient, semi-stationary and fully-stationary care facilities and accompany their implementation. Based on well-founded analyses, you will develop existing care offers strategically. As a professional contact person, you will advise and accompany DRK care facilities in Schleswig-Holstein in securing and further developing care quality. Together with internal and external partners, you expand existing networks and promote professional exchange. In specialist bodies, associations and at national level, you represent the care professional interests of the DRK. In addition, you will create opinions and edit specialist requests. You organize and moderate working groups and specialist events.

You have a well-founded experience in helping old people and want to introduce your knowledge at a strategic level. You are convinced by your own initiative, communication strength and the desire to actively develop care.
