Project Management Construction Management (m/f/d)

Acquisition of project responsibility with relevant management and leadership functions Processing of sophisticated policy issues and development of quality standards Management of construction projects of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – mainly on properties of the Federal Ministry for Defence and possibly of complex simple construction measures Planning, control and control of project work incl. Ensuring project objectives, compliance with costs, dates and qualities Accompanying the planning, implementation and transfer of BImA construction projects Assessment of alternative offers with respect to conformity with project objectives Creation of requirements/performance descriptions for commissioning the building administration or third parties Perception of the building function and accompaniment in the planning of construction tasks of the BImA Coordination and interface management for building management/ownership and contractor representation in relation to the building management and external project participants Project management including risk management in the planning, implementation and transfer of the construction task Participation in establishing competition requirements, defining the requirements as an evocative To safeguard the interests as a builder in the implementation of competitions, project implementation, where appropriate, in various award models such as GU/GÜ, MPV or PPP procedures, with and without construction management Decrease of completed construction tasks (according to VOB) and handover to the benefit Internal consultancy for technical questions (constructional documentation, exploration, simple construction measures, construction projects) Building and technical advice for buildings and properties located in the management of BImA Technical opinions, e.g. in case of warranty checks Technical examination of applications for rental and user-owned construction measures Data acquisition, processing and maintenance in SAP ERP 6.0/RE-FX

Qualification: Completed technical university studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the fields of civil engineering (construction, construction engineering), architecture (construction), technical building equipment, supply technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification in one of the above mentioned fields Competences: knowledge in public building law, the relevant regulations in federal and regional construction (RBBau, LBauO) and in construction planning law or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Understanding structural engineering relationships Knowledge in the field of sustainable building (guide for sustainable construction) and barrier-free construction Comprehensive knowledge in project management as well as professional experience in the planning and implementation of large construction projects desirable Embossed user knowledge of the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) – in particular deepened knowledge in Microsoft Excel – as well as the use of the Internet Basic business knowledge desirable Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory Green and careful operation with high reliability Very good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding High self-initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and strong social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility
