Event Operations Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Full time Start: at the next possible time Location: Wermelskirchen with possibility for mobile work

Our events take place online or on site – many of them via our digital platforms. You are responsible for the professional event run from technical control to practical material logistics.

This means: Individually responsible control of the digital event infrastructure – you arrange our platforms and ensure smooth operations Competent consultation of internal and external stakeholders – you become part of our technical solutions expert team and advise others Further development and process optimization – you recognize opportunities for AI automation with a view to our tools and processes At events on site: Professional material management – ensure the timely provision of all event materials Logistics coordination around events – you are responsible for the dispatch of technology and documents Host Responsibility in Wermelskirchen– you are looking for perfect conditions for customer events In this role, you set the foundation for your career: you acquire expertise in forward-looking event technologies, build expertise on processes and project management tasks, and gradually take on more design responsibility.

A successfully completed commercial or digitally oriented training – e.g. as a merchant/wife for office management, merchant/wife for digitalization management, tourism businessman/wife, event merchant/wife or merchant/wife in e-commerce Learning and digital affinity – you work with ease into new programs and tools, like to acquire new skills and continuously develop A look for detail and high quality requirements – you work precisely, conscientiously and value excellent results Team spirit and communication strength – you tune well with your team and interfaces, communicate professionally with customers and work together on a goal Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing – you communicate safely in both languages and feel comfortable in international exchange Experience in dealing with AI and new technologies – you already use AI tools in your everyday life, use them in a targeted manner and easily recognize Use Cases Secure handling of Microsoft Office – you master Outlook, teams, Word and Excel and use these tools efficiently in your working day Basic knowledge in the field of hardware – you know with common office technology such as printers, iPads and projectors and can solve smaller technical problems independently
