Supporting IT customers in projects and taking over technical responsibility, from planning to the Go-Live of solutions Planning, design and implementation of IT environments and their successful implementation in customer projects Own implementation of installations, migrations and upgrades in customer environments including analysis and structured troubleshooting in complex system landscapes Careful documentation of IT environments and changes as well as preparation of transfers to operation and support to ensure a stable system operation Close coordination with customers: women and colleagues from technology and sales, translation of technical requirements into technical concepts and their practical implementation in projects

Complete vocational training in the IT field (manufacturer:internal for system integration) or a completed study with IT background or comparable professional experience in IT Good to very good knowledge in the areas: Microsoft server products and the corresponding server roles (Active Directory, File & Printservices, Microsoft Exchange) IT Security (Firewalls and Antivirus Products, Ideally Sophos) Products Virtualization (VMWare and Hyper-V) skills Knowledge of backup concepts, network knowledge and knowledge of products tailored to M365 (Hornet) and configuration of backup software Experiences in Microsoft Cloud Holistic support in all IT areas - no shyness to new topics and their challenges Basic understanding of commercial processes driving licence class B
