The JuZ Rimpar is an open meeting place for children and young people aged 6 to 18. We offer a safe space to try, shape and feel good - with creative, sporty and cultural offers. As part of this unlimited part-time job (21 hours/week) you will take over the independent leadership of our youth centre in Rimpar. Your duties: Conducting open youth work with creative and free-time educational offers for children (6-12 years) and young people (12-18 years) Designing and supporting open business Contact with young people and contact persons*in various topics involved in the design and development of the educational offer Networking and cooperation with schools, associations, institutions of youth assistance and other partners in the social area Support and promotion of participation and promotion of young people An additional employment of 5 hours/week at the municipality is possible. Experience in open child and youth work is desirable. Your strengths include creativity, empathy and joy in working with children and adolescents as well as independent thinking and acting. They are open to children and young people in their diversity and their peculiarities. You can deal spontaneously with challenges. You have team skills, initiative and organizing talent as well as communication strength and fun in networking work They bring the willingness to flexible working hours (especially in the afternoon).
