Your tasks

• Acceptance and system-based processing of telephone and written customer requests
• Competent consultation and customer support on the phone and by e-mail
• Telephone and written answer to all questions about the hardware and software products and services
• You can work 3 days a week in Home Office

• Knowledge of hardware / software is desirable
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Found user knowledge (MS-Office, Windows10, Browser/Internet, Outlook)
