Our IT department ensures the stable and secure operation of the technical infrastructure. The Helpdesk & Second Level Support section is responsible for the efficient support of our employees, the dissolving of technical disorders and the further development of our IT systems.
In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated working student who takes the following tasks:
Helpdesk: Support in ticket processing, error analysis and user support Installation, configuration and support of workplace systems Maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. for applications, systems, processes) Preparation and support for on/offboarding Second Level Support: Working with the automation of IT processes, e.g. via PowerShell Support for monitoring and system management tasks Compilation of technical system documentation Participation in IT projects and improvements in operating processes
You are a registered student (m/w/d) of (economic) informatics or a comparable degree program. You bring basic knowledge in Windows operating systems, Office 365 and IT foundations and you are interested in IT support, server environments and modern Microsoft technology. Knowledge of PowerShell, ITIL or Confluence as well as a technical understanding of the assessment of complex facts are of advantage. You are helpful and flexible and, in addition to a reliable and careful way of working, you are characterized by a quick understanding, team capacity and communication strength. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
