Project management: You conduct sophisticated digitalization projects in a large social company and ensure that digital solutions create real added value for employees, clients and organizations - such as the possibility for residents in Pflegeinrichtungen to get in touch with their relatives via video communication at any time. Introduction of new technologies: You take responsibility for our digital technologies over the entire life cycle – from the demand survey to the introduction to continuous development. Communication: You are the central contact person for external service providers, IT partners, consultants and our key users in the departments and ensure smooth exchange. Employee training: You accompany our employees throughout the change process, develop training and qualification measures and carry out them in practice. Market observance: You are testing current market and technology trends, analyzing their relevance to our organization and actively introducing innovative impulses.

A completed university degree with an appropriate focus – or a comparable qualification that enables you to accompany complex digital projects structuredly Experience in project and change management: You can design change processes professional, solution-oriented and with a clear focus on users High affinity for modern technology and pleasure in trying out new things, sharing knowledge and inspiring others for digital solutions Embossed analytical thinking capacity, holistic understanding of processes and and optimization and further development needs Very good understanding of IT architectures, system landscapes and digital platforms A clear, open and targeted communication with different target groups
