A completed training in the medical field with relevant professional experience or a completed bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or technical degree course such as engineering, mechanical engineering, natural sciences or medical technology. Embossed project management skills, further trainings such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 are advantageous. At least three years of relevant professional experience. Experience with wound care and medical devices is desirable, but is not a prerequisite. Understanding regulatory requirements of the MDR and ISO 13485 are desirable. Self-employment as well as a pragmatic approach. Experience in stakeholder management and implementation strength.

You conduct development projects in classic and modern wound care with timelines, project costs and objectives as well as product quality. Technically, you conduct an interdisciplinary and international team and tax projects along the given process and development requirements. Regulatory requirements are fixed in view and ensure compliance to ensure highest quality standards. You actively control the exchange with national and international development partners, internal departments and university institutions/science. You build your understanding of the market and customer perspective, which helps you to develop solutions that meet the needs and create real added value. You opt for existing project management processes and continuously develop stakeholder management to ensure the success of the project in the long term. .
