Psychiatry in the Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln The Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln is a clinic for maximum care with approx. 1,200 beds and 23 occupation-leading clinics for the supply of approximately 360,000 inhabitants / residents of the southern districts of Berlin. The clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics has 300 treatment sites. Our six general psychiatric stations each have 24–26 beds and are documented according to the heterogeneity and home station principle, You work open, only closed if necessary. We focus on reference care, milieu therapy and a modern, cross-sectoral treatment concept: stationary, day-clinical, outpatient and station equivalent. The focus is on relationships, individual support and the approach of Open Dialogue.

Station 85 – General Psychiatry – Focus on Dependency Diseases We treat all forms of addiction and focus on the individual needs of our patients. We work closely with the Neuköllner search tool network. The treatment takes place specifically in individual and group settings, supported by methods such as motivational interviewing to strengthen the readiness to change. Station 29 – Crisis Intervention Center Our station with 16 beds is open 24/7 for people in acute life and change crises. The focus is on building a trusted, professional relationship at eye level – members are actively involved. In every crisis we see the chance for change. Help for self-help takes place in group and individual talks, individually accompanied by our multi-professional team. Day clinics Our four daily clinics with a total of 84 seats offer individual help and therapy for people in mental crises. Objectives and treatment routes are jointly and personally coordinated. The intensive care clinic Rudower Straße is open daily to avoid or shorten stationary stays. The psychosomatic day clinic Sonnenallee especially accompanies people with physical complaints and mental stress at the same time.
