In this role you support the further development of the Telematics Infrastructure (TI) and support the integration of new requirements into the UKSH clinical IT landscape. These are your tasks Coordination of Telematics Infrastructure (TI) Monitoring the Gematic Roadmap and Assessment of New Developments and Requirements Early identification of changes and their impact on the existing IT landscape Coordination and gearing with ongoing TI projects within the UKSH Continuous analysis of technical and technical requirements in UKSH Control and adaptation of contracts with service providers in the TI environment Advising the Service Owner in the field of KIS and other special clinical systems with regard to TI-relevant topics Representation of the Service Owners for TI Basic Services Support and operational support Implementation of the basic support for defined TI services Creation and processing of Requests for Change (RFCs) Participation in readiness to ensure a stable operation Support for analysis and troubleshooting in the TI environment Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers
