You conduct intensive care within the market sequence Active for medium-sized customers and real estate financing You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership for a dedicated team of intensive caregivers, secure the processing along defined quality standards and promote the professional development of your employees You take care of their own engagements, conduct customer discussions and develop solutions for customers with financial challenges You analyze and evaluate the economic conditions, liquidity situation and plan figures of customers You communicate reliably with external consortia partners, guarantee providers and MHK partners You are motivated and have fun developing credit processes and their own team

You bring a completed study of economics, finances or comparable qualifications with (e.g. bank-based training, further education) You have many years of experience in the analysis of companies as well as real estate financing (including balance sheet analysis, collateral), ideally also in intensive care or rehabilitation and settlement You act sovereignly in difficult situations and communicate clearly and legally at any time You have a very high solution and decision-making competence, bring things to the point and can be measured at the quality of your work You ideally bring multi-year leadership experience and understand your team to motivate and further develop Ideally, you bring user knowledge in the DV solution agree21 of the cooperative financial network with
