General commercial and administrative activities Processing of input and output invoices Customer and supplier correspondence (telephone and written) Maintenance of master data as well as storage and documentation Creation of offers, order confirmations and invoices

Closed commercial training (e.g. businesswoman for office management, industrial businessman or similar) First professional experience of advantage, but not necessarily required Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organisational skills, reliability and team capability Self-employed and structured work Friendly and professional appearance
