• Technical and personnel management of the central commercial areas within the housing industry • Responsibility and further development of core processes in the areas of rental management, operating costs management, receivable management, rent calculation and insurance, as well as establishing targeted framework conditions for efficient execution organisation • Standardization of current, monthly and regulatory reporting to ensure economic governance in close cooperation with controlling • Budget and resource planning in cooperation with management and management • Transparent communication and active human resources management of nearly 30 employees as well as some team leaders in their own responsibility • Promoting service and service quality in balancing economic, environmental and social strategy objectives
