Real Estate Agent Central Property Management (m/f/d)

You are a central contact for a specific client, its tenant and our internal departments and take responsibility for the following commercial and strategic topics within this portfolio: Asset management & risk management You tax the entire receivable management for our real estate portfolios and coordinate dunning and lawsuits. You analyse payment delays, develop solution approaches together with tenants and introduce further measures if necessary. You work closely with lawyers, contractors and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and regular status reports. Rental increases & lease management You check potentials for rent increases, prepare them legally safe and accompany the implementation. You communicate professionally with tenants and ensure a revision-proof documentation in our systems. You actively support the further development of our processes for rental adjustments. Insurance and Damage Management You coordinate the processing of insurance damage from notification to regulation. In doing so, you act as an interface between insurance companies, service providers, owners and tenants, and ensure efficient handling. Reporting & Portfolio Analysis You create meaningful reporting, key figures analysis and decision templates for our clients and management. You identify optimization potentials and guide action recommendations for our real estate portfolios. Projects & Development You participate in cross-departmental projects and support the continuous development of our property management processes. You accompany the acquisition of new real estate mandates (onboarding) and ensure a smooth transition to the current administration.

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman:wife or comparable property-specific training You are ideally bringing forward experience in property management You have a well-founded knowledge of rental law, receivable management, reporting standards and legal knowledge about operating expenses You have very good organizational skills, work independently, are communication-intensive and solve problems competently You are very safe in dealing with MS Office (in particular you have very good Excel skills), have good German knowledge in word and writing and ideally have first knowledge in SAP
