Completed tourist or commercial training, ideally complemented by a study Multiannual experience in scheduled flight, ticketing or flight filling environment Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams Very good knowledge of CRS/GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or comparable solutions Practice in NDC, PNR/Queue processes as well as Ticketing, Rebooking, Refund and Exchange Embossed process understanding and experience in digitalization or automation Analytical, Structured Operation and Safe German and English Knowledge
