As a consultant for taxes and balance sheets (m/w/d) at AIF Capital AG, you will independently process the associated accounting (including quarterly and annual accounts) for the AIF Group's operating companies and the corresponding corporate and liquidity planning. This includes the following tasks: independent processing of the monthly USt. pre-registrations and the associated summary messages (ZM) for the clients included in the organ carrier. Calculation and application of the pre-tax divisions in the framework of the applicable subdivision rates for the purpose of deducting the pre-tax (VSt. option rate). Own-sponsored transmission of Z4 messages to the Bundesbank under the AWV obligation. You cooperate in carrying out liquidity and payment management. In addition, prepare the documents to be supplied for the commercial and corporate tax return to the tax advisor. Other tasks include the preparation of decision-making bases for the management and cooperation in the further development of commercial and digital processes and structures in close coordination with the departments. MUST HAVE Successfully completed business studies with the focus on finance and accounting, controlling or taxes a comparable training optimally supplemented by a further training as a tax consultant. Long-term and demonstrable experience (min. 10 years) in cooperation with banks, insurance companies, financial authorities, tax advisors and auditors activity in one of the areas mentioned. Long-term professional experience in accounting and/or taxes, preferably in the financial, fund or real estate sector. Very good knowledge of German trade and tax law. High self-initiative and entrepreneurial competence as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality. An analytical, process- and solution-oriented thinking and working method as well as the pleasure of optimizations, challenges and work in the team. Very good knowledge in all MS Office applications as well as fluent German and English skills. NICE TO HAVE knowledge of Diamant R/4® or a comparable financial and accounting system as well as an IT-based document management system (DMS). Knowledge of the programs DATEV company Online® and the financial software S-Firm®.
