The Mercedes-Benz Cars Procurement & Supplier Quality (MP) division is responsible for an annual purchase volume in the double-digit billion range as well as the quality of all vehicles. In partnership with around 1,500 suppliers in Germany and abroad, the necessary materials are provided for the worldwide production plants of Mercedes-Benz Cars/Vans.

Our Center Purchasing and Capacity Management Exterior (MP/X) is responsible for the module purchase of conformation/ chassis parts and for the project management of the Van series as well as for the purchasing parts quality. The location is provided for the team Purchasing Wheels & Tyres. These challenges include: Our goal for this commitment is to give students a real insight into the professional life of a buyer The intern*in is integrated as a full-fledged member, gets responsible and has the opportunity to gain an unfiltered insight The main task is the support of buyers, participation in supplier appointments and creation of management relevant documents You work in a challenging and international environment and support us in supplier management processes of the Rim & Tyre department In your work area, you support demanding projects – you are directly involved in the product development process and design cross-functional cooperation with development, cost planning, quality assurance, logistics, and the production plants The activity can begin from July 2026.
