As a production employee (m/w/d), you are a central part of the manufacturing process and help create high-quality products. In this versatile role you work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, precision and efficiency are top priority. You are responsible for monitoring technical processes, operating machines and supporting assembly processes while ensuring that the standards are met.

• You carry out quality controls of the manufactured products and make sure they meet the specified standards.
• You serve and monitor production machines to guarantee a smooth process.
• You assemble and assemble components, always with respect to accuracy and efficiency.
• You support specialists in production and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

We are looking for

This position is ideal for you if you have a pronounced hands-on mentality and are passionate about technical processes. You should bring a high degree of care and the will to work on new tasks.

• At best you have first experiences in production, but also motivated cross-comers are welcome.
• You are reliable and work precisely, even in a fast working environment.
• You have willingness to work shifts and a flexible way of working.
• You have good German skills to understand and execute work instructions correctly.
