Your mission is to effectively and accurately manage the highly complex projects in and on our underground passenger transport systems (uPVA) with a focus on fire protection, technical installations and structural infrastructure of DB InfraGO AG In doing so, you have our customers, the travellers, always in view and reduce the inconvenience to a minimum Through your strategic view and efficient resource management, you ensure that cost, timing and quality goals are consistently adhered to – taking into account all relevant policies and interfaces You carry out continuous consultations with stakeholders, authorities and external partners to ensure smooth cooperation Together with your team, you will develop the project strategies (including project organization, structure, award strategy) and ensure an economical, timely and quality-oriented purchasing of planning and execution services You are responsible for the final transfer of the plants to the plant Your team – currently 13 employees – will develop professionally and personally, as well as recruiting and onboarding new team members in your hands

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in, architect:in or economic engineer:in (possibly with the deepening construction), alternatively you bring a comparable qualification in connection with relevant professional experience with Multiannual, well-founded and relevant experience in building project management is present, complemented by ideally already accumulated leadership experience You are an entrepreneurial and inspiring leader with good project management skills You will also bring outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking and will be happy to work in the team Opposite your interface partner: inside you draw strength paired with diplomatic skill Temporary stress peaks and conflicts you can handle
