In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a junior manager/in management customer service (m/w/d) at the Fürstenwalde/Spree site at the earliest possible time.

The monitoring of the performance and compliance of the service provider's quality requirements are within your task. You are responsible for monthly monitoring with corresponding reporting on the quality assurance of the agreed range of services. In addition, you will participate in the quarterly volume and budget planning for corporate services. As an interface function with correct content on our website and for good communication with our customers. You take internal communication and training to share our customer relationship management system. You can develop and take part in cross-company working groups/ bodies (E.ON Group) for service provider management.

You have a university degree with commercial or technical discipline. Ideally, you bring well-founded energy expertise and have extensive experience in this field. Professional beginners are welcome. You are strong in communication and love numbers/humans/processes and derive the best possible connections. Through your work, you contribute to the energy transition and good customer experiences (NPS). Together in a team, you take responsibility for the service provider management and continuous further development of process adaptations according to customer needs. Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of self-initiative characterize you. Your pronounced analytical skills allow you to quickly capture and effectively process complex relationships. You're a real team player and you're actively working with colleagues. The ownership of a class 3 or B driver's license and the willingness for occasional missions as part of the project work round off your profile.
