Perform and secure all logistical activities for onsite support at Unterlüß site Supporting technical activities in the onsite support day-to-day business Supporting activities in the onboarding process of new employees (m/w/d) log in/out of the pool equipment and the consumables and inform users via SNOW Trigger and monitor material orders Make delivery tickets and pack material initiate and log the scrapping process of the hardware Rollout activities and documentation of fault solutions This position can be occupied at our location in Unterlüß.
Continuous studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable Experience in the installation and configuration in the Windows 11 environment Technical understanding of the solution of hardware and software problems Experiences in 2nd Level Support in IT environments are beneficial Safe handling of MS programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of operational readiness, reliability and team capability
