For our children's house we are looking for a deputy lead that enriches our house with competence, empathy and team spirit.

Your tasks:

• Deputy Head of the Children's House with the adoption of organisational and conceptual tasks
• With design and further development of our educational profile
• Self-employed group management in kindergarten – supported by a pedagogical supplementary
• Monitoring and promotion of children based on our pedagogical concept
• Observation, documentation and reflection of child development processes
• Trustful cooperation with parents
• Support of assistants, FSJ/BFD and assistance

In addition: 135€ large room supplement monthly - on top to salary!

• (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• First experiences as group or deputy management are of advantage but no need

Your location Since 2013 there is the Johanniter-Kinderhaus “Am Wenzberg” in Icking. It offers space for 48 crib children and 25 kindergarten children. We are convinced that the immediate experience of nature lays an important foundation for the willingness of environmentally sound behaviour. Only those who have learned to love nature will respect and protect them as adults.
