Support/maintenance of ongoing IT operations and ensuring availability of VOIP, media and patient television infrastructure on site Service in Neuruppin and the offices of the Kliniken & der Medizinen Hochschule in the area of Unified Communication First, Second and possibly Third Level Support Supporting the development of the media & UC infrastructure Life-Cycle Management of Telephony and Media Environment Introduction of new processes Development of internal documentation Implementation of UC and IT projects

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Detections in VOIP/IP telephony are required Detectable experience in dealing with conference facilities, e.g. Webex, teams Knowledge of network topologies is also required and evidence such as CCNP, CCIE, CCNA are desirable Experiences with AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and the Windows Fileserver the OSI model, powershell and radius should not be a foreign word Planning, implementation and coordination of IT projects readiness to incorporate into new systems, such as NAC & Monitoring high technical affinity team-ready, proactive and independent work good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
