As Account Manager Service Pharma (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a single point of contact of the customers assigned to you, you maintain a close customer loyalty and build it systematically.You ensure a uniform appearance and procedure of the services across the various Optima pharma locations.The customer is at your focus. This is why you ensure a weekly, proactive exchange with your customers in which you clarify needs and requirements as well as distribute other service products. To ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales of services, visit your customers regularly.You are responsible for achieving the goals (conversion, satisfaction etc.) for your customers and participate in business review meetings both remotely and locally. You have successfully completed your technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering or industrial engineer). Alternatively, you have completed a further training to the technician.First professional experiences you have already been able to collect in a technical position, also as a technician and you are now looking for a professional reorientation. Your problem-solving competence and your organizational skills are yours. In addition, you are a communication-strong person who specifically uses your knowledge of German and English.You have great pleasure in dealing with the international context and are open to occasional customer visits on site.Your good MS office knowledge can already be applied in your previous position.
