As a technical master (m/w/d) in Schwerin, you'll be sure that everything goes smoothly in the holiday center. From the maintenance to the maintenance of the outdoor facilities to the preparation of the event rooms, you keep the facility technically in focus.

• You perform all technical work reliably in compliance with the applicable requirements.
• Control, maintenance and maintenance of furniture, technical equipment and equipment are your everyday life.
• Small repairs and technical deficiencies are quickly and carefully done by you.
• In case of damage in the building you pack and ensure a quick repair.
• Event rooms are ready to start seminars and group offers.
• The maintenance of outdoor and green facilities as well as the winter service on the property are also within your responsibility.
• In addition, you are organising and monitoring waste disposal and assisting in driving services and car maintenance.

• Ready to pack in both the building and the outdoor area
