Legal cooperation in the ''Revision of Public Service Relationship'' project (m/w/d) for the Church Office of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) Working time: Full time Duration: fixed Location: Hannover Remuneration: EC 14 Start date: at the next possible time At the church office of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) in Hanover, a two-year limited project office in full time on the topic of “Future of Public Service Relationship”. It's Hanover. Around 200 employees in the church office support the management bodies of the EKD, coordinate the cooperation of the Landeskirchen and give impetus to the further development of the Evangelical Church in Germany. In the Labour and Service Law Department in the Legal Department, all questions of state and church labour and service law are dealt with – including civil servants, civil servants, pensions and aid law, as well as the legal issues of the parishes. At present, it is one of the main tasks of shaping the Church's attitudes towards the future. In a wide-ranging project, the future of the church's public service relations is to be dealt with within this subject area, as well as the development of a legal framework for the parish service in the private service relationship.
