For our further growth throughout the federal territory, we are looking for a National Site Manager Contract Logistics / Site General Manager National (m/w/d). After intensive integration at one or more of our existing logistics locations, a variety of exciting challenges follow. These include, for example, support in implementation, commissioning and subsequent management of a future location within Germany.

Expansion, control and further development of a large warehouse location Ensure optimal workflows taking into account quality and efficiency, and implement measures to maintain certification requirements from QHSE Leadership and development of shiftworkers Independent support of highly dynamic international customers Own management of the budget including reporting to the management of Germany Demand-oriented deployment planning Responsibility for the continuous optimization of logistics processes Self-employed definition and implementation of new logistics projects Monitoring, analysis and reporting of performance, financial and quality KPIs Interface to all departments in the regional headquarters Agreement and deviation analyses First contact (m/w/d) of the site for internal and external communication

Higher education preferably in the field of logistics, BWL, VWL or similar detectable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with corresponding leadership of large teams over several levels Flexible readiness for use throughout Germany Funded knowledge in contract logistics, preferably in eCommerce, FMCG or healthcare Sovereign handling of methods such as Lean Management, Kaizen or Six Sigma Very good user knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management programs German and English knowledge in word and writing Excellent social competence and communication strength at all levels, as well as a motivating, supportive leadership style and pronounced hand-on mentality Strongly pronounced service orientation, especially when handling customers Embossed analytical thinking and solution-oriented action, coupled with innovative thinking High-grade resilience, flexibility, success focus and very high, sustainable quality standards
