For the strategic development of our surgical team we are looking for an experienced personality in the field of surgical ophthalmology with specialization on retina and glass body surgery . • Surgical retina : performing demanding vitreoretical interventions • Diagnostics & therapy: Treatment of complex retina and macular diseases, preparation of findings reports and opinions • Technical further development: Contribution to quality assurance and innovation in retinal surgery • Zuweisermanagement : Active care and development of our regional network of specialist experts: • Teamwork: Interdisciplinary cooperation with a dedicated team of doctors, care and surgical staff • Teaching and guidance: participation in the training and further training of young colleagues: in addition to perspective on a leading medical function

Your profile Senior Consultant (m/w/d) • Found surgical experience in retina and glass body surgery • Passion for precise, demanding ophthalmological treatments • Teamability, communication strength and high patient orientation • Willingness to take over leadership responsibility • Ideally an existing sign network in ophthalmology
