As an employee (m/w/d) in the field of fleet management, you are the first contact person for service car users and the associated interfaces and advises them on the subject of company vehicles You take over the management and control of our fleet for the DACH region and are responsible for the procurement, switching and return of leasing and interim vehicles In doing so, you organize and coordinate vehicle deliveries and transfers (including handover and instruction in service vehicles) and (leaning) returns In addition, you will take over the organization and control of long and short-term rentals in the D-A-CH region The audit and other administrative tasks are also part of your task. These include, for example, seasonal tyre changes, damages, fines, fuel cards and contract management You support the team in case of need analysis and in fleet control/reporting and actively contribute to the continuous development and optimization of the processes in fleet management

You have successfully completed your professional training (probably as a car dealer) First professional experience in the field of fleet/mobility management and/or in particular in electric mobility as well as in the logistics sector are a plus, we will be happy to bring you everything else You are a team player and convince with an efficient and service-oriented way of working You also have a safe and friendly appearance and high communicative skills A safe handling of the MS Office package and a valid class B driving licence complete your profile
