Dispatcher Road-Rail Excavator (m/f/d)

You dispose of our two-way excavators according to their qualifications, availability and requirements of the respective construction sites. At an early stage, you identify capacity bottlenecks and prompt the purchase or rental of two-way excavators including drivers for third-party companies (subcontractors). You test external service providers and excavators before use in terms of qualifications, necessary evidence, safety regulations and machine-technical requirements. You optimally integrate external capacities into the ongoing construction site operation and tune the on and off transport of the two-way excavators as well as the attachments. You monitor the agreed performances, check the building day reports and schedules of external drivers, and prepare the audit for purchased foreign services. You are planning the deployments, implementations and returns of our two-way excavators as well as the provision of the matching parts. You monitor the availability, operational status and timely provision of two-way excavators and attachments. You agree closely with two-way excavators, construction managers, project management, workshop, freight forwarders and external service providers. You lead and care disposition, personnel and machine planning tables in our IT system. You support the project management in resource and capacity planning for ZW loaders, machines and components.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, ideally related to the construction, logistics or disposition industry. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in disposition, deployment planning, work preparation or construction site coordination. You are sure to go with MS Office and ideally have experience with planning or ERP systems. You work structured, reliable and enjoy taking responsibility. You can communicate clearly and with different contacts. You are team-ready, resilient and have a good understanding of operational processes. You bring a basic technical understanding for construction equipment, construction machines or construction sites.
