Manager Technology & Digital – Banking (m/f/d)

You conduct and control complex IT, risk, compliance and transformation projects – from IT system and process testing to technology-driven consulting personnel. You are responsible for the analysis, evaluation and further development of IT systems, digital business processes and risk and security structures in the banking environment. You comprehensively advise our clients on digital transformation, IT governance, information security, regulatory requirements and compliance and support the implementation of sustainable target images. With the help of modern analysis, software and AI-based tools, you ensure the quality and efficiency of our audit and consulting services and continuously develop existing approaches. In addition, you take on the technical and organizational responsibility for projects and mandates, including resource planning, quality assurance and time and budget management, and act as a central contact person in client communication. In addition, you introduce and develop consultants and senior consultants, contribute to the further development of our performance portfolio as well as in offering and acquisition activities and actively shape our position in the banking environment.

A completed university degree (master or comparable) of economics, (economic) informatics, engineering or a comparable degree course Multiannual, relevant professional and project management experience in consulting, ideally in banking, financial services or IT environment Funded knowledge in at least one of the areas of IT audit, IT risk, digital risk or information security, banking regulation, governance and compliance or IT transformation, digitalization, data or Process management Experience in project management, quality assurance and management Impressed leadership and communication strength and joy in the development of employees Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Service-oriented operation with a high level of team and communication skills
