Management and active cooperation in a large-scale IT project with a focus on the introduction of SAP and the consolidation and integration of existing IT systems in two business areas Designing the future IT system landscape through strategic vision and participation in the long-term digital orientation of the company Control of the connection of several company sites and works with different ERP, CRM and MES systems to the new, uniform IT landscape in the course of digital transformation Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful project development Direct reporting to IT leaders and active participation of strategic decisions in the context of digital transformation Optimization and redefinition of central business processes in the course of SAP implementation to create efficient and sustainable processes

You have a very good understanding of system architectures and bring several years of experience in IT project management, ideally with major projects, IT transformations, system migrations or SAP projects You think strategically and forward-looking, identify potential challenges at an early stage, work solution-oriented and possess strong capabilities in stakeholder management and communication In important process phases, you are ready to participate on site to actively support the project success Ideally, you have first experiences with corporate mergers, Mergers & Acquisitions or Carve-Outs and understand the related IT challenges You have very good German skills, English skills are advantageous
