Construction of the Artificial Intelligence Unit with direct line of reference to the Association Management Development and updating of the SVN AI strategy Coordination of described action strands Start or Strengthening the internal capacity of federation workers and processes – timely tangible results are to be recognized by AI-assisted actions Responsibility for AI governance and compliance with the EU AI Act as well as other (supervision) legal requirements in the SVN Construction and maintenance of the AI register (inventory of all AI systems according to EU AI Act) Control of KPI measurement and internal AI reporting

completed university studies in the business sector, computer science, social sciences or comparable educational paths, possibly also in the savings banks sector relevant professional experience in organisational, strategy development or digitization (min. 5 years) sound understanding of AI technologies and their applications (no deep-tech profile required) Knowledge of the Sparkassen financial group or comparable association structures are advantageous strong communication and moderation capabilities, experience in change management processes Knowledge of the EU AI Act and relevant data protection requirements (GDPR) Ability to communicate at the level of management and build up address-based trust
