Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

You will develop internal guidelines & Regulatory Programs / Code of Conduct and introduce them to the company. You monitor the processes to comply with all relevant laws, regulations and internal rules. You will also develop our compliance structure and processes. You take over or coordinate the processing of compliance violations. You evaluierst our contractual partners and assist with “know-your-customer” requests from third parties. You work closely with the Data Protection Officer and represent it if necessary. You support process digitalization, in particular you model processes of the department in our IT systems. In addition, you will prepare presentations and reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board and external bodies and carry out internal training and awareness-raising activities for colleagues. You also support us in certifications.
