Strategic development of the service area to a profitable and globally scalable business model – from service contracts and service packages to digital services Responsibility for the service portfolio as well as for the continuous analysis and control of relevant KPIs such as margin, utilisation, service sales and Active Field Installed Base Professional and disciplinary leadership of the service team at the Barleben site Ensuring efficient, stable and customer-oriented service processes – including escalation, resource and capacity management Close cooperation with international delivery organisations to implement group-wide service standards as well as active care and further development of customer relationships – also on site Control and optimization of interfaces between service, engineering, production and product management Ensuring quality, work safety (EHS), compliance and complete and comprehensible documentation Further development of the service systems (ERP/CRM) and active involvement of data- and digital-based service concepts, for example in the field of remote services

Complete technical studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or a comparable field Multiannual leadership experience in the service sector – ideally in an industrial environment or in special machine construction Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and experience in building and developing profitable service business models Very good knowledge in service processes, SLA structures as well as in escalation and service management Experience in process and organisational development and in cooperation with international teams and locations High customer orientation and pronounced communication and enforcement strength Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation with a high degree of self-responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideally experience in testing technology, energy or hydrogen technologies, as well as knowledge of common methods such as Lean, RCA/8D or FMEA
