What you do with us: You support the Department of Home Technology in office activities from order processing and procurement to craftsmen: both inside and service providers, invoice control and complaint processing. You take care of communication with other departments, such as the fleet, warehouse or contract creation. You get offers from foreign service providers and check them carefully. You plan and coordinate meetings, appointments and events independently and work on smaller projects. You support the technical management and perform various administrative tasks.
