Takeover of first and second level support as well as administration of users and applications focusing on Auto Service Analysis and verification of fault causes as well as bug fixes including documentation in our WIKI Working in the field and in-house service Establishment and provision of client hardware, testing site equipment and software components Support for the integration of new test sites into the company network Working with hardware rollouts and system bypasses on site and in field service

Complete vocational training in the field of computer science or comparable qualification in system administration Multiannual support experience High level of customer and service orientation as well as very good team and communication skills Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a high level of problem-solving competence Flexibility, application and loadability Class B driving licence readiness to travel with flexibility in terms of location and time
