In construction projects of construction engineering, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of measures such as bridges, passages, support walls and rockets. Take over project management including technical and commercial project management over the performance phases of HOAI Quality, costs and dates of the construction measures are taxed in compliance with the building regulations In continuous exchange with builders:inside, construction companies and authorities, you coordinate planning, construction monitoring and testing services Tendering and awarding documents, you will apply for permissions and calculate project costs and follow You check and evaluate the amounts and tax administrative and appraisal receipts You prepare policy templates for project management and contracting entities and support the project decisions professionally

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your technical/university studies in the field of civil engineering or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in the construction project management of the construction engineering construction Knowledge in HOAI, VOB as well as in the relevant legal and technical regulations Economic and targeted implementation of construction projects is part of your professional claim Communication strength, coordination skills and a structured and independent way of working characterize you Experience in managing external planning offices and exporting companies as well as in dealing with complex project structures
