Werkstudent Inhouse Sales & Tender (m/f/d)

You are an active part of an 11-member Tender Management team and take care of the preparation of alerts. You work closely with your teammates to successfully implement the team goals. You support the creation of concepts and performance directories and take over the documentation in SharePoint. You create project evaluations and reporting and prepare them for the team. You actively participate in the development and establishment of AI-based processes in tender processing and help to make existing processes more efficient. The coordination of customer communication on various award platforms is your responsibility.

Ordinary enrollment in a degree course focusing on business, economic informatics, law, healthcare or a comparable degree course IT affinity, good MS Office knowledge and interest in data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) and AI-based applications You're a real team player, you're a musician. You are resilient, flexible and have fun handling IT systems German in word and writing
