Your tasks: As a client service manager, you are the first contact person for our customers in the operating daily business. You provide excellent support, support customer relationships and increase satisfaction through active feedback management and efficient solutions. Business care & maintenance of existing customers Recording and processing of customer requests, feedback and requirements Support in customer support (email and phone) Interface management between customer requests and operations/IT Project management of customer projects & processes Implementation of telephone system training for new customers and technical setup support Creation and tracking of invoices and offers Close cooperation with internal teams to optimize customer processes Support in the creation of an internal documentation in which we hold our processes Your profile: Completed commercial training or studies (e.g. BWL, Communication, etc.) First professional experience in customer service or account management desirable Embossed customer orientation and communication strength Teamability and high social competence Curiosity and readiness for new tools and processes Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Resilience and calm also in stressful situations Joy of proactive action and commemoration Safe handling of digital tools and software solutions (e.g. CRM systems) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English for contact with international customers What we offer: Our company attaches importance to innovative thinking, customer orientation, professional development and personal and professional integrity.
