We are looking for reinforcement for our teams in the North of Cologne at the next possible time. The place is to be occupied in parttime (approximately 15 – 30 hours). The time limit runs first until 31.07.2027, whereby a period of grace is expressly sought. Remuneration is performed according to your qualifications and experience.

As a kita/school assistant, you are the key support for children with special support needs and at the same time relieve the pedagogical specialist in groups and/or Teaching.

Individual accompaniment in everyday life: You support children with physical, mental or mental disabilities, as well as children with autism-spectrum (ASS), ADHD or sensory impairments. Support for routines: free play, meals, and practical help in hygiene, orientation in the building and in moving. Inclusion promotion: Active promotion of communication and the establishment of social contacts within the children's group. Pedagogical assistance: support for teachers/ pedagogical specialists in the individual structuring of the Kita everyday and the implementation of funding priorities. Crisis & Conflict Management: Help in managing everyday life and support in emotional regulation and conflict resolution. Teamwork: Regular participation in team meetings, case meetings and parental discussions.

Qualification: Education as a state-recognized:in, nurse:in, nurse:in or a comparable educational qualification as a specialist. Studies: We also open the place for students from educational departments (from the 3rd semester / 90 CP). Cross entry: We also open the site for cross-entry: inside as a supplementary force. Experience: Practical know-how in working with children with special support needs is desirable. Soft Skills: reliability, communication strength and willingness to take responsibility. attitude: You are a confessed personality with the ability to self-reflection and have German knowledge on at least B2 level.
