Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Independent processing of current business transactions in financial accounting: auditing, consolidation and booking of input and output accounts (debitors, creditors, cash registers – the focus of the entity is on creditor accounting) Current clarification and coordination of creditor, debitor and property accounts Documentation and clarification of open items as well as introduction of measures for late payment (professional dunning or receivable management) Preparation, processing and monitoring of daily payment transactions Preparation and participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Updating of supplier and customer data as part of master data maintenance Processing and reimbursement of travel expenses Support in the preparation of evaluations and reports (e.g. for the Management Board) Participation in process optimization and digitization of workflows Contact persons for internal specialist departments and employees of the Foundation family

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial account holder or comparable qualification At least three years of proven professional experience in the field of accounting Financial accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company Knowledge in German Commercial Law (HGB) Professional application of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP or the like) and safe handling of MS Office (in Excel) as well as very good German skills Structured, careful, reliable and independent operation Discretion and a pronounced understanding of numbers Pleasure to perform tasks independently, but also to work in the team
