For our Value Stream – Bulk and Recombinante in Marburg we are currently looking for

Projektmanager (m/w/x)

For the largest location of CSL Behring, we are currently looking for employees in our production departments. These consist of production, filling, visual control and packaging.

In the field of bulk production, we produce our final plasma products and prepare them for filling.

Task

• Preparing, conducting, monitoring and logging complex work steps (e.g. performing precipitations, adsorptions, pasteurization processes, ultrafiltrations, virus filtrations, chromatography, separations)
• Operation of complex machine systems (e.g. chromatography systems, CIP systems, separators, temperature chambers)
• Operation and monitoring of complex process control systems
• Case-by-case implementation of calculations according to specification at different process steps
• Conducting in-process controls (e.g. pH measurement, conductivity determination, ethanol determination)
• Control and monitoring of the processing of faults and maintenance work with logbook entry
• Detection and reporting of process-related deviations
• Creating and booking process orders in SAP as well as in-process samples in LIMS

Skills and experiences

• Completed 2-year training for the production specialist Chemistry, for industrial specialist biological production processes or comparable training
• Pleasure to work in a state-of-the-art work environment
• Own initiative and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented working style
• readiness to work in a layer system, e.g. alternating layer, continuous night layer or fully continuous layer system
• readiness to work for holidays and weekends
