With your sense of sales requirements and market potential, you translate customer and intermediary needs into specific product requirements across sales channels and coordinate the product development process in the context of IDD/POG across the range as a central interface.

Coordination of product developments in life insurance (according to IDD/POG) Recording, analysis and prioritization of distributive requirements for life insurance products Close coordination with the sales areas and sales channels, the life insurance division and the areas of digital distribution systems, law and marketing Organisation and moderation of request workshops, voting dates and briefings Control of implementation – from requirement definition to roll-out Concept of requirements and coordination of the implementation of direct sales-relevant legal requirements, in particular in the context of consulting and documentation (IDD/POG) Cooperation in the strategic development of the product portfolio from sales perspective

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You are an insurance specialist, an insurance company (m/w/d) or you ideally have a similar qualification, with a focus on life insurance. You could already gain deeper knowledge of life insurance, ideally with sales background or understanding as well as knowledge of legal framework conditions. You have experience in request management or in interface coordination. A high level of communication strength, organisational skills and team orientation are what distinguishes you.
